We offer a variety of service plans for maintaining your
equipment, with the most popular being an all-inclusive cost-per-copy
arrangement. Under these plans, all parts, labor, toner, and supplies (except
paper and staples) are included within the stated rate, with charges based on
your actual usage. Separate rates are applied to color usage versus black/white
usage. These plans are generally the most economical and easiest for you to
budget, but we can tailor a plan to your specific needs. We also offer parts
and labor agreements for non-metered equipment, such as stand-alone fax
machines. Our sales staff can assist you in deciding the service options that
are right for your business.
We also welcome the opportunity to take over service on
your existing equipment, even if you didn’t acquire it from us (for Lanier,
Ricoh, Savin and Lanier brand equipment). If you are not satisfied with your
